We are a small agent, based in the beautiful town of Puerto De Mazarrón on the Costa Cálida. It is a very pretty area and is still typically Spanish as very little development has occurred.

Our company was established in 2003 to help people buy their dream property and promote the region as a whole. At first, you may be nervous with the idea of buying abroad but Best of Spanish have the knowledge and experience to make the whole process as stress free as possible

The Costa Cálida

Costa Cálida is known as ‘the warm coast’ as temperatures rarely fall below 18ºC and there is over 300 days of sunshine.

It also has excellent transport links from both Alicante and Murcia and the new proposed international airport at Corvera. The new motorway that links the Mar Menor/Cartagena and Vera is now open making the whole of Costa Cálida more accessible.

Paramount Update 27th December 2011

Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos (PREMURSA) exercised its option to purchase the site for the future Paramount Park and LifeStyle Center in Alhama de Murcia for 15.8 million Euros. It is anticipated that on February 6, 2012, the public deeds will be granted and payment will be made by Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos (PREMURSA).
